THE ARCHITECTURE
Scraping the real estate market at scale requires a robust, fault-tolerant backend. I designed Radar.M to handle constant structural changes across multiple target portals without breaking.
- The Scraping Engine (Python): Custom Python scripts run autonomously, utilizing advanced proxy rotation and rate-limiting protocols to scrape top portals ethically and efficiently.
- Workflow Automation (N8N): N8N acts as the central nervous system, orchestrating the data flow, filtering out agency noise, matching new listings against specific user parameters, and dispatching formatted emails.
- Frontend & Subscriptions (Next.js & Lemon Squeezy): A lightning-fast dashboard built on Next.js 16 allows users to manage their radars. Monetization is handled seamlessly through Lemon Squeezy, offering a frictionless upgrade path from the 3-day free trial to the 99 PLN/month Premium tier.
